Hangzhou, being one of the cities in the Yangtze River Delta, is the capital city of Zhejiang Province. Endowing with the title for a city most comfortable for people to live in, Hangzhou also attracts lots of tourists for the renowned West Lake. The causeway around the West Lake, built by the famous poet Su Dongpo, owns a great view according to Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty.
